Foster Care

On any giving day there are approximately 700,000 children in foster care in the United States. Thirteen percent of them have aged out without being adopted or reunified with their families. Those who age out the system are likely as adult’s to experience homelessness, unemployment, poor health, incarceration, serious emotional problems and other poor outcomes. Foster kids can do amazing things, they need loving families who care about their well-being and opportunities for future success.
